What can I expect at the Convention?

The Youth Convention is a day of fun and faith sharing for high school students around the diocese. With the energy of vibrant keynote speakers, the celebration of Mass with the Bishop, workshops on various faith-related topics, and an opportunity to meet and mingle with youth from all over the Diocese of Fall River, the convention provides an enjoyable opportunity for faith development!

What workshops will I have to choose from?

The 2018 workshops to be determined...

What can I expect from the Middle School Rallies?

The middle school rallies are abridged versions of the high school convention. The rallies open and close with prayer and feature Cooper Ray, who leads the students through prayerful and dynamic song and reflection. See the links above for more details about dates/times and locations.

I'd like to know more about ...

Once our presenter is confirmed we will provide information about them here.

Who plans the Youth Convention?

Each year, the graduates of the Office of Faith Formation's Christian Leadership Institute assist in planning the annual convention. They also assist with the Middle School Rallies. Thus, the 2018 Annual Diocesan Youth Convention would not be what it is without the 2017 CLI Graduates who developed this year's theme- He Lives in You- and who are spearheading the planning of this great event!

What is the cost of the Youth Convention?

$20 per person, no cost for chaperones
